Once you've decided on a coach and your travel dates, give us a call or email us at
rustysilverwings@aol.com. To reserve the coach we'll need your $500 deposit, and we need reservations and all administrative "stuff" taken care of at least ten days before rental pickup...but please, 30 days gives us more time=less rush!! .

We often can discount rentals based on the length of your use.
All payments will need to be made at least ten days before pickup. There is a $1000 security deposit (in addition to your $500 reservation deposit) all of which is refunded within five to ten days of your satisfactory return of the coach. The Patriot Act forbids us renting coaches with less than a day advance reservation.
The coach is provided fully fueled, and renters will return the coach
refueled, clean & tidy and ready for the next rental. We have housekeeping folks at local RV facilities who can take care of interior and exterior cleaning if you wish, assuming normal usage, of course. Turn the coach in dirty, they give you a mean,
mean stare and then charge a minimum of $150 to clean the coach unless you're arranged for prepaid cleaning. For just $140 you can select the
optional prepaid cleaning service and simply drop the coach off after your rental*. Guests must note that winter conditions or frequent summer rainstorms can make it impossible to have the coach exterior spotless...we simply can't wash in freezing or rainy weather, but the interior will be fresh and spotless!
Insurance is often provided through a free binder from your own insurance carrier, but if they don't offer that service we have arrangements made with MBA Insurance for a daily policy. We don't provide insurance, but MBA's costs are quite nominal. Roadside hazards are a responsibility of the renter, and we recommend Good Sam Platinum Roadside Assistance plan to make sure a flat tire, lock out or other difficulty won't let such troubles ruin your trip. Guests are responsible for all roadside damages, flats, windshield chips, etc.
In most cases we can provide the "kitchen kit" for your trip, which will include pretty much everything a group of four will need. Arrangements can be made for linens if you wish, at an extra charge. Just return everything clean and ready for our next guests.

*"prepaid cleaning" covers normal use only, with an expected 3-5 hours cleaning time. Heavier chores will mean add'l charges, as will damages, food left in the coach, etc.
